SMS Terms & Compliance

This page explains how Noble Detailing uses text messaging (SMS and MMS) to communicate with customers, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by Noble Detailing and applies in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Program description

When you opt in, Noble Detailing may text you about appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, arrival windows, quotes and follow ups, service updates, and account or billing notices. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders.

Consent

We only send text messages to people who have given express written consent. You can provide consent by checking the SMS opt-in box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written permission when you book a service. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Messages are sent from or on behalf of Noble Detailing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed for your appointments. Promotional messages, if you opt in, are limited to a small number per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call or email us to be removed.

Supported carriers and delivery

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or blocked by factors outside our control such as carrier filtering, coverage, or device settings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Please tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we can update our records.

Privacy

Phone numbers and message content are used to provide and support our detailing services and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may only use the information to send messages for us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
